Extrusion is another additive process that can dramatically lower costs for larger volume parts--if ofcourse they are of a linear design.We can help you decide if extruding your metal or plastic part isthe best choice for manufacturing and, if it is, we can work with you to optimize your design to takeadvantage of all the benefits extrusion offers. We can also provide any post extrusion processing ifrequired--CNC machining, surface texture or polishing, anodizing, powder coating, and a host ofother finish options are available.
Our tooling rates are quite reasonable--and more importantly--our policy on IP means that yourtooling will never be used by anyone else. Ever.Period. We can also usually offer a lower MO0,(Minimum Order Quantity) than most factories which opens up opportunities for smaller companiesand/or lower volume production runs.
