1. Contact with our salesman, tell us your demand.
2. Provide your product 2D/3D drawings, and we will evaluate and quote according to customer's product structure, materials and surface treatment, etc.
3. Prototype time. After customer confirmed the price, we will arrange make sample and send it to the customer for approval.
4. After customer approved the sample, we will start mass production.
5. Quality Inspection. Check the dimensions and appearance of the parts strictly according to the drawings.
6. Arrange the packaging, our packaging is strictly designed to protect the products
7. Delivery Process. Arrange air/sea shipment to your destination.
8. After-sales service. Any problems with the products, please feel free to consult us.
Our testing equipments have CMM, Salt Spray Tester, XRF Spectrometer, Hardness Tester, Finish Thickness Tester, Roughness Tester and so on.
